This site reports the status of our key systems. It also gives advance warning of planned maintenance, and (with our apologies) reports progress on unplanned events.

OPERATIONAL: The component is functioning as expected.
UNDER MAINTENANCE: The component is currently undergoing maintenance. See details on the scheduled maintenance section below.
DEGRADED PERFORMANCE: The component is working but is slow or otherwise impacted in a minor way. Details will be reported in the incident report below.
PARTIAL OUTAGE: The component is broken for a subset of customers. Details will be reported in the incident report below.
MAJOR OUTAGE: Components is completely unavailable. Details will be reported in the incident report below.
